Machine washable at 40 °C. Gently stretch to restore its original shape and allow to air dry.

Important: our fabrics and zips are very durable, but in the event of intentional biting, pulling or scratching, we cannot guarantee that the bed will withstand all of a dog’s play.

The warranty does not cover any type of accidental or intentional mechanical damage (tears, cuts, abrasions, bite marks, etc.), nor damage caused by careless or improper use, or by the use of detergents.

Any product sent to us as part of a complaint must be clean and free of hair. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the claim.
