At Mon Lit Cabane, three canopy models are available: DK, K and L. Some models are available in standard dimensions, while others can be customised to fit different bed structures.

Which Canopy Should You Choose? 

The choice of canopy mainly depends on the shape of the roof and the number of horizontal bars on the bed.

DK Canopy

The DK canopy is designed for house beds with an inverted V-shaped roof.

K Canopy

The K canopy is suitable for beds with three horizontal bars across the roof.

L Canopy

The L canopy is suitable for house beds without a third horizontal bar. It consists of two parts and creates a beautiful curtain effect.

The DK House Bed Canopy

A standard 140 × 440 cm model is available and is perfectly compatible with our best-selling DB Premium, DP Premium and D Premium House Beds in 90 × 190 cm dimensions. Although a width of 140 cm is communicated, all DK canopies have an approximate width of between 135 and 145 cm.

For other models with a similar structure, customised DK canopies are also available. Simply measure the total length to be covered to select the appropriate size.

Its fastening system is suitable for beds featuring three horizontal bars on the roof.

A customisable version is also available for similar structures.

Please note: the K bed canopy is suitable for beds equipped with three horizontal bars to ensure optimal support.

L House Bed Canopy 

The L bed canopy consists of two separate pieces and is available in two sizes:

Canopies for Bunk Beds 

Customisable canopies are normally designed for classic house beds.
However, they can also be fitted to certain bunk bed models to create an even cosier space for each child. A canopy can transform the sleeping area into a real suspended house, perfect for playing, reading or relaxing.

For bunk beds, it is simply recommended to carefully measure the structure to choose the appropriate dimensions.

Unfortunately, there is no fabric perfectly suited to these bed models. However, the L house bed fabric can be installed, even though it is slightly too short. It still creates a beautiful look, with a particularly stylish curtain effect. 

How to care for your house bed canopy? 

Machine wash at 30°C.

Cotton muslin canopies can be ironed.
